Refrigeration Unit Installation

We operate five fitting teams that work across the UK on contracts upto £20k involving upward or 100m of cabinets and retail refrigeration.

Each team is fully supported with a range of vehicles from short wheel based transits up to curtain sided 7.5 ton trucks with tail lifts. Working in conjunction with a project manager all teams are suitably briefed before arriving on site, and in most cases will already be familiar with the refrigeration equipment being installed.

Brand New Refrigeration Units: Much of our work involves the installation of new equipment supplied either by ourselves or directly by the customer. Our highly skilled engineers keep abreast of the latest technology and systems which means we can install systems quickly and effectively.

Refurbished Refrigeration Units: If a refurbished refrigeration unit is going back into its original location then most of the fittings will be in place allowing us to install a unit quickly and effectively. If the unit is going into a new space then we have the tools and experience to make a perfect fit including all plumbing.

Electrical Systems: Our engineers are fully trained electricians covering every aspect of electrical installation from safety, fault protection and electrical drawings through to motors, compressor electrics, panel components and fault finding.

Refrigeration Systems: Our skilled engineers are fully trained to handle a wide range of hermetic refrigeration systems. Whilst most refrigeration work is done in the workshop, should the need arise they are fully equipped to deal with a whole range of issues such as leak detection, pressure loading, refrigerant replacement, temperature control, soldering, brazing, filter replacement, lokring fitting and compressor fitting, as well as a whole range of system specific system issues.

Commissioning: Our engineers will undertake full commissioning of the equipment and have suitable backup for snagging and trouble shooting. Each installation is accompanied by a comprehensive checklist to insure full installation compliance at every level.
