Quality

The quality of our finishes is critical to the delivery of our service. By using the best equipment, the most suitable powders and highly skilled engineers we can ensure the highest levels of quality, consistently, and to specification.

Quality control starts with the arrival of the components. Upon receipt customers jobs are inspected for damage and to determine the correct quantity. Damaged and missing items are reported immediately to the customer.

Pretreatment and coating is carried out as required. The ovens are heat graphed every 4 months by an external company to ensure the correct curing regime is in place.

Finished components are visually inspected prior to packing in either tissue or bubble wrap and where appropriate coin testing is carried out to ensure paint adhesion. Other tests can be carried out subject to commercial agreement.
