 Powder
Coating
We
undertake both high volume track based powder coating
as well as medium volume work using a camel back right
down to small batch and one off powder coating contracts.
Track
Line Powder Coating: We operate a automatic
G & G gas
fired track line with online degrease & dry suited
to components
upto 2000mm x 1200mm x 700mm. Depending on the size of
the components this allows us a throughput of between
20
-100 components an hour. Both automatic and manual spraying
can be undertaken.
Camel
Back: Our gas fired camel back oven is a G & G unit capable
of curing components upto 2000mm x 1200mm x 600mm and
is
fed manually from our large water curtained spray area.
Typical throughput of between 10
-50 components an hour can be achieved.
Box
Oven: Our gas fired G & G box oven is suited
to loads of upto 4000mm x 2200mm x 2200mm. Typically
this is used
for larger heavier items as well as longer (2m+)
components such as architectural metalwork.
Powders: We use a wide range of powder manufacturers, however,
due to proven performance most of our work is carried
out using either HMG Powders or Oxyplast.
Polyester
Powder Coating: Polyester powder coatings are ideal for
exterior applications such as architectural metalwork,
signs and railings etc. Polyester powder coatings offer:

for interior applications such as machinery and areas

Surface Hardness
Epoxy/Polyester
Powder Coating: Epoxy polyester powder coatings
offer a hybrid of epoxy and polyester powder creating
a
finish with both good external performance characteristics
such as UV stability and weather resistance with
enhanced decorative properties, good chemical
resistance and toughness. Epoxy polyester powder
coatings are generally used for internal applications.
Polyurethane
Powder Coating: We can offer polyurethane powder coating
as required.
Nylon
Powder Coating: We offer a nylon powder coating
service using Omnicoat powders.
Finishes: A
wide range of textures and gloss levels are available
as well as a a broad range of standard and custom colours.
