Masking
We
offer full masking services using sheet, tape, plugs
and caps. As well as regular masking materials we are
also happy to apply custom laser cut masking sheet as
supplied by the customer.
Duel
Finishing: Where more than one colour is required
for a finish we can apply multiple finishes to single
components
such as internal and external finishes, back and front
finishes and banding.
Specialist
Masking: For more advanced masking requirements
specialist cords, wedges, tubing and edging can be used
to protect wire,
bar and sheet metal edges.
Applications: Masking is generally applied to protect mating surfaces,
electrical contract points and elements designed for
mechanical applications.
Design
Considerations: It is often worth considering
your masking requirements at the design stage as some
configurations
might not be possible whilst others could be easier to
achieve with post finishing assembly. We have years of
experience at applying masked finishes and would be happy
to assist in advance.
Fixtures: Nuts
and bolts etc can also be finished seperatly as required.
